The only things we serve from a freezer is our Snapchat friendly FroYo and ice cold Brooklyn Brewery beers. Everything else is hand made, farm fresh and real to be taken on an adventure.
At Cyclops Burgers, we think its cool to do the opposite of what everyone else is doing. Because frankily we are bad ass. The only thing that has more street cred than us is our amazing flame grilled burgers with amazing exotic toppings, superb sauces, baked fresh buns and artisinal cheeses.
From our humble beginnings as a single NYC street cart serving up gourmet burgers. We have seen our city and our cult like fan base grow rapidly.

Adventure Food Truck
By the early 2000’s we decided there was more to see in the city. So we started up our Food Truck. Later on with the help of social media the following grew.
The truck still travels between the boroughs throughout the week.
Humble Cart
We started off in 1994 as a gourmet burger cart in Manhattan, New York.
It recieved a cult following for our unique burgers.
